I have recently criticized a number of different search engines including Spock, Sk*rt, Digg, FilesTube, etc. Finally I cam across something interesting which I would define as a mashup of Digg and Google.
It is called Sproose, which is obviously a name that fits the Web 2.0 style and it’s a search engine that I bet will become more and more popular.
Basically you write down what you are looking for and a window with votes comes up in a second. You will easily recognize that the screen is somehow similar to the one used by Digg. What is different, and is probably going to be changed, is that you don’t need to log in to vote, which means voting is not very reliable yet.
